Jacqueline M. Jaques
Jacqueline M. Jaques has worked as an attorney for the Law Office of Scott D. Lewis, LLC, since December 2011. She provides compassionate and practical representation for clients throughout the Social Security disability claim process. Jackie regularly represents claimants at hearings before Administrative Law Judges in Indianapolis and throughout the state of Indiana; she also helps clients at every other step of the process from completing initial applications to preparing Appeals Council briefs.
Jackie graduated from Indiana University Maurer School of Law and was admitted to the Indiana bar in 1997. She has a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University. Jackie belongs to the National Organization of Social Security Representatives (NOSSCR) and the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), and she is a member of the Women in the Law Committee of the Indiana State Bar Association.
